These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and okvet ("okvet", "we", "us", "our", "Company", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the okvet website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of the okvet Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming and betting activities. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all okvet Services.

2Eligibility Requirements

To use okvet Services and create an account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Account Ownership: You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

When registering for an okvet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any account balance.

3.2 Account Verification

okvet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, postal ID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be restricted until satisfactory verification documents are provided. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account information with any third party. You must immediately notify okvet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. okvet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your actions or negligence.

3.4 Account Restrictions

okvet reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws. We may impose deposit limits, betting limits, loss limits, or other restrictions on your account based on regulatory requirements, responsible gaming practices, or risk management considerations.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your okvet account using approved payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

You warrant that all funds deposited to your okvet account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. okvet prohibits money laundering, terrorist financing, and any other illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available account funds at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses must be satisfied; (c) you must withdraw to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by okvet; (d) minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method; (e) withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes for e-wallets but may take longer depending on payment provider processing times and verification requirements.

okvet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, especially for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Anti-money laundering regulations may require you to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if we detect irregular betting patterns, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Fees and Charges

okvet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, cryptocurrency network) may impose their own transaction fees which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency different from your account currency. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by third parties on your transactions.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposits, wagers, or withdrawals) for a continuous period of 12 months, it will be classified as dormant. okvet may impose a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 500 or 10% of remaining balance (whichever is lower) on dormant accounts. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email before implementing dormancy fees. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in or contacting customer support.

5Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on okvet are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. In the event of obvious errors (incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or human error), okvet reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. Market rules, betting limits, and specific game rules are available within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing bets.

5.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all wagers are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, settlement rules vary by sport and market as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules document. Dead heat rules, tie rules, and special circumstances (e.g., venue changes, disqualifications) are handled according to industry-standard betting rules.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment that has been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated. • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Chip dumping, bonus abuse, or any form of advantage play that violates fair gaming principles
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse promotions
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting schemes
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to conceal your true location
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of okvet software

6Bonuses and Promotions

okvet offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonus terms are provided when you claim each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. okvet reserves the right to withhold, decline, or cancel bonuses if we determine that a player is abusing promotions, engaging in low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise violating the spirit of promotional offers. Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, okvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of okvet Services, even if okvet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or okvet Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. Each party agrees to submit to arbitration rather than pursuing court litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Prior to initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any claims not subject to arbitration.

13Severability
